iOS 8 Beta 4 Releases with Better Control Centre & Photo Editing Options

iOS 8 beta 3 was an awesome update by Apple, few weeks back and now iOS 8 beta 4 has been released today with more features. According to my research, it’s the major update among all iOS 8 beta updates and has features that weren’t expected by users. iOS 8 beta 4 is most fine version among all betas and no doubt it vanishes many bugs in iOS 8. Below are some major changes in this iOS 8 beta 4 that even your mom would love.

Better Photo Editing Options

As it was discussed earlier in one of my article that iOS 8 has much more better options to edit pictures seamlessly. Now the photo editing panel is more modish, you can add better colors and more brightness affects are available in it.

Modish Control Centre

Control centre is the easiest way to access important stuff available in your iOS device in just one swipe. Now Apple has changed the design of its iOS 8 control centre and has demolished the borders. Moreover, there are some changes in the icons available in the control centre.

Display & Brightness

To change wallpapers, brightness and lockscreen backgrounds we use “Display & Brightness” available in iOS settings. Apple has changed its icon and you can now modify font and color of text and also you can change screen brightness from the new “Display & Brightness” configuration.

Health App

Health app wasn’t available in iOS 7, but in iOS 8 beta 1 it was a new addition, it helps you to have a healthy and fit life. It has options to measure your walk distance, calories, heart rate and more, but now Apple has now categorized the calories in active, dietary and resting calories.

Tips App

I haven’t tried this new tips app available in iOS 8 beta 4’s homescreen, but as its name says that it’s just like a help app. In other operating systens like Windows and Mac there is a help centre for newbie users, now iOS will also have a help centre that will guide users if they need help.

Swipe Feature in Mail App

Swipe feature available in iOS makes it more user-friendly for users. Similar swipe feature is also available in safari, that helps users to quickly go back and forward to opened webpages. But this mail app’s swipe feature helps you to swipe right and left and you can quickly access trash, archive and flag items by just swiping your screen. Configurations are available for this swipe feature in mail app’s settings.

Additional MailBoxes

Now your iOS mail app will have more mail boxes to better manage your emails. Apple has added Flagged, To or CC, Thread Notifications and Today in mail boxes in its mail app.

Many other features are there in this new iOS 8 beta 4 build, Apple is making its iOS 8 much better day by day and it’s the sign that Apple wants to provide best user experience to iDevices’ lovers.
