- The camera results are known to be magnificent. They capture brilliant shots with its 13-megapixel rear camera and 8 megapixels front camera. Most users have appreciated HTC Desire 728 regarding its camera.
- Regarding its design, HTC Desire 728 is satisfactory. It is presented in a simple matte look. It fits in one’s hand easily because of its design.
- The display quality is quite good. The screen can be viewed from diversified angles. The colors presented on the screen are pleasing to the users’ eyes.
- Some users tested gaming on this mobile phone and appreciated its performance there. They had no problems while playing games.

Negative Consumer Reviews
- It was noted that HTC Desire 728 has a feature of dual sim functionality. But, we have received a few reviews stating that this model is not supported by its dual sim port and OTG. This makes it difficult for people who use more than one sim cards.
- Another complaint received was of battery drainage. The battery is known to be fully charged in 2 hours and 25 minutes, but users have stated that the battery drops down to 5% in a couple of minutes. This causes hindrance when a user uses the mobile phone. Our users require a cell phone which works continuously, without any pauses. Some other users have also spoken about the battery taking 5 hours to get fully charged instead of 2 hours.
- Most customers are also facing the problem of heating up. HTC Desire 728 gets heated up too quickly when any application is opened.
- Some handsets get stuck, and some get restarted automatically creating a disturbance for the customers.
- There are delays faced when opening different applications. It takes extra time when opening different pages on the web browser. Sometimes the mobile phone also shuts down on its own. It is not good for multitasking.
Note: We’ve checked other reviews by customers in 2017 and these above negative reviews seemed to be an act to make this product’s brand value down, most of the users have recommended buying this phone.

These problems can be fixed by service centers. Apart from that, the users have found nothing exceptional in HTC Desire 728. The price is average. It can be a good choice if you are interested in gaming and photography since it has a better performance in both parts.
