The design of HTC Desire 630 is loved by many customers. The material used in this mobile phone is appreciated by customers. Although it is not made out of metal, its plastic body is still reliable enough to use.

  1. You can have your desired theme. You are allowed to customise it according to your choice. You can customise your wallpapers, fonts and sounds.
  2. The display quality is satisfying since it has a resolution of 720 pixels by 1280 pixels. The screen can be clearly viewed at different angles.
  3. It comes with two pairs of cases of different colors. You can swap different colors according to your choice.
  4. The HTC sense UI remembers the song you have lately played and continued from the same place you have left from.
  5. The camera seems to have better results and can record HD videos as well.

Negative Consumer Reviews

A problem suffered by most users is the battery. A few users have stated that the battery would not charge at all, even if you keep on connected with the charger for two days. The mobile phone fails to detect the charger mostly which causes low battery percentage. Also, the battery percentage drops immediately from 50% to 30% even when you have not used it a lot.

  1. The sound is pretty low. The external speakers do not work properly. Although it contains two speaker grills but still fails to deliver the audio in loud volumes.
  2. The mobile phone starts to run slow when a microSD card is inserted.
  3. In the majority, people have come across a problem of the mobile phone getting restarted automatically. After restarting, it takes time to open different applications. This causes the delay in important tasks that needs to be done.
  4. The users have explained that the mobile phone lacks notification alerts. There is no notification bar to let the user know about any text messages or missed calls. The user has to manually check for the messages they receive.
  5. The performance of HTC Desire 630 is way behind because it has a slow processor. It is powered by 1.6 GHz quadcore Qualcomm Snapdragon 400. Its performance lags when users switch between frequently used applications like YouTube, Facebook, Whatsapp Messenger.
