Step 1: You need to right click on the Start button where you will find the option “Run”. Click on it.

Step 2: The dialogue box “Run” appears on your screen. You need to type the command Devmgmt.msc into the box and press Enter. This command will take you to the Device Manager.

Step 3: You need to expand your desired device’ category whose driver you want to upgrade.

Step 4: Right click on your desired device and click on “Properties” from the menu that appears on your screen.

Step 5: You will see a few tabs on the top of the screen where you need to select the second tab known as “Driver”. It will show you the current version of your device driver as it has been shown in the image below.

Note: You cannot only check the version of your device drivers, but also can uninstall it by using the option Uninstall at the bottom of your screen. You can also see the details of driver and can disable it if you like.
