You cannot continue the process of updating your device driver until you check the current version of your device driver. The users cannot find the drivers’ version numbers in Programs and Features and the novice users are not well versed with any other way to check the driver’s current version.

Steps to Find Driver’s Version in Windows 8.1

Below you will find some easy steps that will help you in checking the device driver’s current version in Windows 8.1.

Step 1: You need to right click on the Start button where you will find the option “Run”. Click on it.
